Getting Started

What types of businesses is LeadCatch designed for?

Local service businesses that receive calls, web inquiries, and estimates—from plumbing and HVAC to cleaning and landscaping. Fit depends on your workflow.

What happens during setup?

The intended onboarding process covers your lead sources, business information, response rules, calendars, and a test of the end-to-end workflow.

Phone & SMS

What happens when I miss a phone call?

In the planned workflow, a connected missed call triggers a personalized text that invites the caller to continue the conversation. Phone routing and SMS setup must be configured first.

Do I need to change my existing business phone number?

The goal is to work with your existing number where supported. Compatibility depends on your phone provider, forwarding options, and messaging setup; it will be checked during onboarding.

How quickly does LeadCatch respond?

The proposed workflow is designed to respond within seconds. Actual timing will depend on the final integrations, carrier delivery, and configuration.

AI

Can I control what the AI says?

The planned setup includes your services, common answers, qualification questions, and handoff rules. These controls will need to be reviewed and tested before launch.

What happens when the AI cannot answer a question?

The intended workflow routes the conversation to your team rather than guessing. Handoff channels and staff availability must be configured.

Can a human take over the conversation?

Human handoff is a planned capability. The final workflow will define who is notified and how automation pauses when your team steps in.

Appointments

Can LeadCatch book appointments?

Appointment booking is a planned capability. It requires a supported calendar integration, your availability, and clear booking rules.

What if someone misses an appointment?

A planned Pro workflow can invite them to reschedule. It depends on appointment status data and appropriate messaging permissions.

Lead Follow-Up

Can LeadCatch follow up with old leads?

Reactivation is a planned Pro capability, subject to usable lead data, appropriate permission to contact each lead, and messaging setup.

Can it follow up on estimates?

Yes, estimate follow-up is included in the proposed Growth and Pro plans. It depends on an estimate source, timing rules, and stop conditions.

Does it work after business hours?

After-hours response is part of the planned product. Business hours, escalation rules, and appointment availability are configured for each business.

Pricing & Billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Subscription terms and cancellation rules are not final. The prices on this prototype are examples; billing terms will be confirmed before any purchase.

Is there a setup fee?

A setup fee may apply. Its amount and scope are placeholders until onboarding requirements are finalized.

How much usage is included?

Messaging, AI, and conversation limits are not yet defined. Final plans must state included usage and any overage charges.

Privacy & Security

How will customer information be handled?

Data handling, retention periods, subprocessors, and security controls must be documented before production. This prototype does not claim any security certification.

How are messaging permissions handled?

Production workflows will need consent records, opt-out handling, and rules appropriate to each message and destination. These processes must be configured and reviewed before sending messages.
